When designing your offering, please keep the following in mind:

• The course should cater for 6 to 12 people.
• Kindly build a 15% marketing commission into the price.
• The venue, catering and break activities should be excluded in you price.
• Please follow the TED / Pomodoro guide line of 20-25 min sessions followed by a 10-15 min break.
• Please use the principles of Accelerated Learning Process For Adults.
• In the break times your co-service providers have opportunities to do something like a quick Drumming & Dance session, Cocktail demo, Pilatus stretch, Barista demo, etc.
• Provision of consumables and tools should be included with the course as far as possible (paint, canvas, brushes, clay, etc.) with the tools (brushes) be returned and only the finished product be taken with the client.
• Please try to be flexible with time frames.

   • Have an activity to APPLY the skill
3. Phase 3: Use
   • Opportunity to display skill
   • Apreciation, Recognition, Applause
   • Revise, & Use
